The Airport Authority is offering a 50'x50' hangar for rent. Electric bi-fold door, paved taxiway, fenced and fully secure for $330 per month.It is located in the Northeast quadrant of the field adjacent to Howard Aircraft. 

T Hangar Project

The Airport Authority is examining the feasibility of constructing new hangars for general aviation aircraft and is soliciting interest from prospective tenants.

The Airport Authority currently has office space available for lease in the terminal building. Five individual offices (140 s.f. each) are available at $300. / month

THE EASTERN WEST VIRGINIA REGIONAL AIRPORT is located in south Berkeley County West Virginia and consists of 1,005 acres.  It is bordered on the north and west side of U.S. Route 11 and Interstate 81 Diamond Interchange adjacent the west airport access.

THE BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE:

7,815 ft.  X 150 ft. runway.

167th Airlift Wing West Virginia Air National Guard - currently utilizing approximately 104 acres for maintenance and operation of eleven C-5 Aircraft , hangar facilities and operational areas located on the  northeast quadrant of airport property.

Aero-Smith, Inc.   -  (FBO) offering avgas, jet fuel, pilot training, aircraft rentals and aircraft charter

Martinsburg Composite Squadron - Civil Air Patrol

Chapman Technical Group - A professional design firm of engineers, architects, interior designers, landscape architects and surveyors, specializing in airport engineering.

Howard Aircraft - Aircraft maintennace facility

Air Photographics, Inc. - aerial photography

Action Aviation – (96,000 square foot aircraft manufacturing facility available for sale or lease)

S. Schwab Corp. –200,000 s.f. distribution facility available for lease
